1. What are Balte functional teas?
Balte teas are natural dietary supplements in the form of teas that support health and well-being, providing specific benefits such as improving sleep, reducing stress and improving concentration.
2. What flavors and properties do Balte teas have?
We currently offer three functional teas:
- Balte Sleep – supports healthy sleep and regeneration.
- Balte Stress – helps reduce stress and achieve peace.
- Balte Focus – improves concentration and focus.
3. What ingredients do Balte teas contain?
The composition of each tea is carefully selected:
- Balte Sleep: the root of the somnolent plant, the herb of the sweet bedstraw, the herb of the catnip.
- Balte Stress: root of the somnolent plant, lemon balm, Rhodiola rosea.
- Balte Focus: guarana seeds, ginseng root, centella asiatica herb.
4. Are Balte teas safe for everyone?
Yes, Balte teas are fully natural, vegan and vegetarian. They have been developed with safety in mind, however it is recommended not to exceed the recommended daily dose and to consult a doctor in case of any health problems.
5. How to prepare Balte teas?
To prepare Balte tea, simply pour boiling water over 25 grams of the mixture (about one tablespoon) and steep for a few minutes to obtain the perfect infusion.
6. What are the payment methods in the Balte store?
We accept the following payment methods: bank transfers, credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), as well as payments via PayU and PayPal.
7. What does the order delivery process look like?
Orders are usually processed within one business day. We offer delivery via couriers and InPost parcel lockers. Delivery costs and times vary depending on the option selected.

Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to monitor the delivery status.

Yes, all our products are fully vegan and vegetarian.
